A Chinese investor needed to build a luxury residential building using high-quality marble interior decoration. The lack of know-how of the investor in the management of marble projects and the difficulties in the bureaucratic and logistic management between Chinese and Italian customs, led to the need to find an expert company that would provide a turnkey service. The cultural and linguistic barriers that divided the work teams were another obstacle that made the project more complex.
