Production with our own machinery
In our workshop in Chiampo, in the province of Vicenza, we have Waterjet machines for cutting all natural materials. We have 4 numerically controlled machining centres, including a latest-generation 5-axis machine that can cut entire blocks. Furthermore, with the numerically controlled lathe, we can create any decoration on an infinite number of materials.
Quality control with pre-laying (day-lay) of floor and wall tiles
The pre-laying of floor and wall tiles is essential to recognise the colour match of the veining and shading of the material. It must correspond to the Shop Drawings and renderings given to the architect and shared with the client. The end result will be compliant as we number every single piece of the project at this stage.
Global testing with pre-assembly of furniture
Our services also include the pre-assembly of decor features, as they are often unique handcrafted pieces made exclusively for the customer. The time we devote to this phase guarantees the creation of a perfect, defect-free item, as well as total satisfaction on the part of the end user.
